Job Description

A mission-driven AI startup backed by Y Combinator and top investors (including founders of Reddit and Cruise) is hiring a Product Engineer to help build its core user platform. The team is focused on developing frontier AI evaluation tools to ensure safe, aligned AI systems.

The Role

This is a high-ownership, in-person role in London. The Product Engineer will design and build intuitive user experiences that make advanced AI evaluation easy and impactful. The work spans frontend (React/TypeScript) and contributions across the stack, collaborating closely with product, research, and engineering.

What They’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience building excellent user experiences (e.g., at Figma, Notion, Apple)
  • Strong frontend skills; full-stack ability a plus
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Bonus: experience with AI tools, developer platforms, or early-stage startups
