Must-Have Qualifications

• .net, c#, hyperscript, htmx, PostgreSQL, event sourcing, AWS
• Full stack developers (pretty evenly split between the back and front end)
• Frontend: server side development - people who are pretty well versed in typescript and javascript usually can learn hyperscript and htmx quickly
• Backend: .Net/C#
• Cloud: AWS
• Event Sourcing is their backend – would be great if candidates had experience with that already, if not its ok – they will teach them.
• Good communication, quick learners, collaborative
• Experience working remotely and being able to manage their time
• Focused on quality developers
