Senior Product Owner

Role Overview:

At Red Software, we’re on a mission to disrupt industries with innovative, AI-first solutions. In just 12 months, we’ve grown from 0 to 40+ passionate professionals, partnering with some of the best startups across the US and Europe. We’re building game-changing MVPs using technologies like FlutterFlow, Node.js, React, and AI/ML frameworks and we need a visionary Product Owner to help steer our product strategy and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Break tickets down into User Stories & Acceptance Criteria to exceptional detail.
• Strong understanding of agile software development.
• Run daily stand-ups with developers.
• Run grooming and retrospective meetings.
• Manage roadmap with Head of Product.
• Wireframe missing screens when needed for UI/UX
• Map our UX journeys when needed.
• Work closely with developers to ensure work moves smoothly.
• Manage & iterate click-up board.
• QA test ready for release.
  
  

Requirements

• Experienced & Agile: 3–5 years in a Product Owner or similar role within a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Solid understanding of software development and familiarity with tech stacks like Node.js, React, Flutter, and AI/ML frameworks.
• Fluent English Speaker
• Data-Driven & Customer-Focused: Adept at leveraging analytics and user insights to drive product decisions.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong English skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote, international setting.
• Collaborative Leader: Proven track record of working with agile teams and managing cross-functional projects.
