Voice Engineer

Atlas is looking for a Voice and SMS Specialist with:

• Strong experience with Voice, SMS and numbers (DIDs)
• knowledge of routing and switching
• knowledge of TCP/IP, IPSec and SNMP protocols.
• knowledge of VoIP, SIP, H323, G711, G721, G726, and G729 protocols
• understanding of TDM and VoIP infrastructure
• Ability to handle interconnection processes with customers and suppliers for VoIP(SIP) and SMS(SMPP, HTTP, API) and reading PCAP logs
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, technologies
• Strong experience with troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with testing tools like TelQ and Testelium
• Experience with Alaris/Horisen and ticketing tools like Zendesk is a plus.
