Testers required in Middle East & Africa

Our client is looking for a large number of Technology Testers and are considering both Contract ad Permanent resources, and the rate/salary is totally dependant on your experience, from 3 years to 30 years.

The requirements are as follows:

Manual Testers / QA Analysts & Automation Testing

• Execute test cases manually.
• Focus on UI/UX, functionality, user stories, and regression.
• Tools: Excel, TestRail, Zephyr, Jira, Quality Center.
• Create and execute automated test scripts.
• Improve test coverage, speed up regression cycle.

Tools:

• UFT (Unified Functional Testing) – enterprise tool for functional/regression testing (VBScript).
• Selenium
• Cypress
• Appium
• Playwright, TestComplete, Ranorex, Robot Framework.

Multiple Deliverables

SDET Testing (Software Development Engineer in Test)

• Ideally Developer-tester hybrid.
• Write testing frameworks and also contribute to production code.
• Strong coding background (Java, Python, C#, etc.).
• Build integration and end-to-end automation pipelines.

Performance / Load Testing

• Simulates real-world load and stress on systems.
• Ensures system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Neoload.

Functional Testing

• Verify that software functions as per business requirements.

Integration Testing

• Focus on ensuring different modules/components interact correctly.
• Test APIs, databases, and service flows.

Security Testing & Penetration Testing (Ethical Hacking)

• Simulate attacks to find vulnerabilities.
• Tools: Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Metasploit.
• CEH, OSCP, CISSP certifications an advantage

Vulnerability Testing

• Scan systems for known vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with SecOps and DevSecOps teams.

Security QA / Secure Code Testing

• Test software from a secure coding perspective.
• Ensure compliance with secure development standards (OWASP Top 10, etc.).

Test Management

• Oversee testing across multiple teams and or products.
• Handle stakeholder communication, budget, vendor selection, and process compliance.

Test Architectecture

• Design testing frameworks, strategies, and toolchains.
• Advise on choosing tools (e.g., UFT vs Selenium) and scaling automation.

API Testing

• Validate REST/SOAP APIs for functionality, reliability, security.
• Tools: Postman, SoapUI, RestAssured, Swagger.

Mobile Testing

• Focus on mobile app quality across Android/iOS devices.
• Manual and automation testing using Appium, XCUITest, TestFairy.

Data / ETL Testing

• Ensures accurate data flow, transformation, and validation in data pipelines.
• Works with SQL, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Snowflake.

AI / ML Model Testing

• Test models for accuracy, bias, and performance.
• Involves validating model predictions, fairness, and ethical AI compliance.
