🎯 What You’ll Do

We’re looking for someone who specializes in fast-paced, high-retention short-form content—think snappy cuts, kinetic captions, trending sound effects, and meme-worthy moments. You’ll be editing AI-focused content that’s informative, entertaining, and built to go viral.

• Edit engaging short-form videos (30–90 seconds) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Add dynamic captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and viral elements
• Repurpose longer clips into platform-native content
• Follow tested hook/retention formulas to keep audiences watching
• Keep up with content trends and adapt editing styles accordingly

🛠 Preferred Tools

Our preferred platform is CapCut (mobile or desktop), but you're welcome to use any editing software you like—as long as the result is clean, fast-paced, and scroll-stopping.

📌 You Are

• Experienced with editing FAST short-form content for creators or brands
• Skilled in storytelling, pacing, and social-first editing techniques
• Up to date on TikTok/Instagram/YouTube trends
• Familiar with the AI space or eager to learn
• Reliable, creative, and quick with turnaround

📦 Role Details

• Commitment: 2 short-form clips per day (30–60 seconds each). You can work at any time that suits you. You'll receive daily info to create 2 short-form clips (30–60 seconds each), which must be submitted by 7pm daily.
• Compensation: £150–£250/month depending on experience and quality
• Workload: Approx. 10-15 clips per week (ongoing)
• Location: Remote, async-friendly

Once we review your application, you’ll be given a short 30-second clip to edit—alongside a few example videos for inspiration. This will help us get a sense of your style, speed, and creativity.
