Content Writer (iGaming) - relocation to Malta, Europe

Job Title: Content Writer (Canada)

Location: Hybrid in Malta (Europe) 3x / week from the office in Mhriehel (Business Quad) 

We can offer a relocation package to those based outside of Malta.

The Role

We are seeking a Content Writer (Canada) to create engaging, high-quality content for B2C brands targeting Canadian players. While casino content will be the primary focus, there will also be opportunities to cover sports betting. If you have a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the iGaming industry from previous experience in a similar role, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Content Ownership: Take full ownership of all content across our brand portfolio (B2C operator brands, mostly casino but also sports).
• Brand Tone & Strategy: Develop and define brand tone and content strategies for multiple brands.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of CRM and Brand Managers to ensure content aligns with overall business goals.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with Social Media, SEO, and other teams to create optimized, well-rounded content.
• Main Point of Contact: Be the primary point of contact for all content writing projects across your assigned brands.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and improve customer segmentation, focusing on value maximization through automation and personalization.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 1 year of content writing experience for an online casino operator.
• English + French - Canadian native level skills, strongly familiar with the Canadian gambling culture.
• Strong knowledge of online gambling from a user perspective.
• Highly organized with a structured approach to managing multiple content projects.
• A self-driven, creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
