You will:

• Take the lead in understanding and estimating client needs, ensuring they are accurately translated into comprehensive project requirements.
• Lead the design process, crafting intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX solutions tailored for both web and mobile applications, aligning closely with project goals and user expectations.
• Drive the creation of detailed digital wireframes, providing a clear roadmap for the development team and stakeholders.
• Direct the production of high-quality graphic designs, such as logos and imagery, maintaining brand consistency and aesthetic appeal throughout the project.
• Innovate and conceptualize design ideas, exploring creative solutions to complex problems and ensuring the final product exceeds client expectations.
• Foster collaboration with developers, actively engaging in discussions and providing guidance to ensure the seamless integration of design elements and the delivery of polished, client-centric applications.

Skills and requirements:

• 4+ years of experience working as UX/UI Designer.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent or equal in experience.
• Hands on experience working with Figma, Adobe XD, Invision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools.
• Ability to analyze and solve design problems quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication, written and oral skills.
• Deep understanding of fundamental concepts of visual and interactive design.
• Results based on teamwork.
• Experience and Knowledge in client´s relationships.
• Experience working with development support tools for tracking and management tasks.
• The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, being a team player, and an outstanding details-oriented person and goal oriented.
