At Blackfluo, we're building the next-generation SaaS platform for recruitment powered by AI. Our product is growing fast, and we're now looking for a creative mind to shape not only our user experience, but also our visual identity and brand presence.
We're a small, agile team with big ambitionsand were fully remote.
We're seeking a hybrid profile: someone who is not only a skilled UI/UX designer, but who also has a strong interest in visual communication and is excited about community engagement.
Youll work closely with the founders and product team to:

We're seeking a hybrid profile: someone who is not only a skilled UI/UX designer, but who also has a strong interest in visual communication and is excited about community engagement.
Youll work closely with the founders and product team to:
- Design beautiful and intuitive interfaces
- Define and evolve our design system
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across product and brand
- Create impactful visuals for our social media, presentations, and website
- Support and grow our presence on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Contribute to content ideas and community engagement strategy
- You have experience designing digital products (ideally SaaS or web apps)
- Youre proficient with Figma or similar tools
- You have a strong eye for branding, layout, and design consistency
- Youre curious, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
- Youre familiar with social media formats, especially LinkedIn
- You have excellent communication skills English
- Experience with content creation, basic motion design or video editing
- Youve worked with early-stage startups or on product launches
- A meaningful role in a fast-growing tech product
- A lot of autonomy and room for creativity
- A 100% remote position, flexible hours
- Competitive freelance rate or long-term collaboration depending on fit
