Vice President of Software Engineering

Professional Staffing has partnered with a Canadian SaaS company to identify their next Vice President for Engineering (Software). A rapidly expanding company headquartered in Western Canada is adding an exceptional leader to their executive team to grow revenue, build accountabilities, and create efficiencies as they scale.

The VP Engineering will be 80% remote with 20% in-office; relocation to the physical office is a strong preference for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Building and leading high-performance software development teams
• Develop best-in-class API integrations, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
• Client-facing VP - as a part of the Senior leadership group; building relationships with clients and solving their complex needs
• Dedication to building a KPI-driven environment for the department

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven senior leadership success in the SaaS Industry
• Ability to manage the P&L for the department
• Demonstrated contribution to revenue growth
• Cloud-based and Agile methodology
• Azure environment
• Full stack development experience
• API integrator experience
