Freelance Recruiter

OLM Business Solutions is a recruitment consultancy on a mission to match great companies with top talent. We are looking for a Freelance Recruiter to help source and interview candidates for our open jobs in Switzerland, France, Benelux and USA.

What You’ll Do

• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and networks
• Screen resumes and run Zoom/Teams interviews for every qualified profile
• Coordinate interviews and share concise candidate feedback
• Build and nurture your talent pipeline for mid‑ to senior‑level roles in the EU and U.S.
  
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years’ recruiting or talent‑acquisition experience
• Proven success sourcing passive and active mid‑/senior‑level candidates
• Strong Zoom/Teams presence and clear, confident communication
• Hands‑on experience with ATS tools and basic HR compliance
• Self‑starter attitude—thrives in a fully remote setup
• Negotiation skills and a knack for building lasting relationships
• Fluent English (French is a big plus)
