Mobile Engineer (Flutter/Dart) – Fintech | Remote

We're looking for a passionate and versatile Mobile Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of fintech across Nigeria and Africa.

• Develop and maintain our Flutter-based mobile application across Android and iOS.

• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to implement clean, scalable, and intuitive UIs.

• Consume and integrate RESTful APIs seamlessly and securely.

• Handle auto-deployment pipelines for internal testing (Play Store and TestFlight), closed testing, and production releases.

• Configure and manage app distribution using Google Play Console, Apple Developer Console, and TestFlight.

• Write and maintain native platform configurations within Dart as needed.

• Ensure high-performance, testable, and bug-free code, with strong emphasis on testing and debugging.

• Actively participate in code reviews, architecture decisions, and process improvements.

• Work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment—comfortable wearing many hats and pushing boundaries.

• Stay updated with the latest mobile trends, SDKs, and best practices.

• Flutter / Dart (core framework)
• Postman or similar API testing tools
• Google Play Console Deployment
• Apple Developer Portal - TestFlight Deployment
• Git + CI/CD workflows
• Firebase (Auth, Analytics, Crashlytics, Messaging) is a big plus

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 2+ years of experience developing FINTECH MOBILE APPS with Flutter/Dart (or solid experience in mobile with recent Flutter focus).

• Have shipped at least one app to the Play Store and App Store (show us your work!).

• Are obsessed with pixel-perfect UI, animations, and creating delightful user experiences.

• Can write efficient, scalable, and reusable code.

• Understand mobile app security, error handling, and performance optimization.

• Are curious, self-motivated, and love working in small teams where your impact is felt.

• Can adapt and learn fast – we’re moving quickly and innovating every day.
