We’re seeking a seasoned Back-End Blockchain Engineer to join an elite tech team driving innovation in the digital asset and decentralized finance (DeFi) space. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performance trading environment, collaborating closely with traders, quants, and fellow engineers to build cutting-edge, low-latency infrastructure for decentralized markets.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale real-time systems for DeFi and DEX trading
• Develop on-chain and off-chain components, including smart contracts, bots, APIs, and indexers
• Integrate with protocols, liquidity pools, and decentralized exchanges
• Design robust microservices for blockchain data ingestion and processing
• Collaborate across teams to optimize automation, throughput, and resiliency
• Champion blockchain best practices, including protocol-specific optimizations and security

You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in software development But must have current Rust experience
• Hands-on DeFi experience: smart contracts, arbitrage, liquidity management
• Deep knowledge of blockchain fundamentals (nodes, consensus, Web3, etc.)
• Familiarity with Solidity and/or Rust for smart contract development
• Strong grasp of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and real-time processing
• Cloud-native experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with tools like Kafka, Redis, gRPC, and WebSockets
