As our Senior Test Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing test planning, execution, and strategy across multiple projects. You'll lead a team of testers (manual and automation), work closely with project stakeholders, and ensure that best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and frameworks
• Manage test teams across multiple projects (remote/distributed)
• Coordinate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
• Drive quality improvements and ensure adherence to QA standards
• Lead automation initiatives and performance testing strategies
• Provide mentorship to QA engineers and testers

• 8+ years of software testing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JMeter)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage remote teams
• ISTQB certification (preferred but not required)
