About the Role

As a Back End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power various digital products. You’ll collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other team members to deliver seamless and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure server-side applications.
• Build and optimize APIs and database structures for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure functionality and stability.
• Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and performance tuning.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to architectural decisions.

Who You Are

• Proven experience as a Back End Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database systems (SQL & NoSQL).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within remote cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
