Tech Recruiter

We're hiring on behalf of a fast-growing international tech company building digital products used by thousands — and scaling global teams with purpose.

This is a fully remote role for an experienced Tech Recruiter who understands more than stacks and job boards. You'll act as a direct recruitment partner to the client, embedded in their team, supporting the growth of high-performing technical functions.

You won't be sourcing "numbers". You'll be building trust, advising hiring managers, and delivering the right talent — with precision and care.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for tech roles (engineering, devops, product, etc.)
• Collaborate directly with hiring managers to define and refine job requirements
• Source, assess and engage top technical talent across geographies
• Ensure a transparent, respectful and informed candidate experience
• Act as a strategic advisor in hiring decisions, not just an executor
  
  

What We Expect From You

• 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of technical profiles, stacks and market dynamics
• Fluency in English (mandatory) — this is a global team
• Autonomy, critical thinking and professional maturity
• Experience working remotely and cross-functionally
