We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex, cross-functional projects across our organisation. This role is 100% remote, with options for part-time or full-time engagement depending on your availability and preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects across multiple departments
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and communication
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage change, and ensure successful project outcomes
• Drive agile or hybrid project methodologies, adapting to business needs
• Mentor junior project team members and contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project management roles
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Monday.com)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, or equivalent)
• Experience in industries such as IT, construction, digital, finance, or operations
• Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
