Your Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to internal teams across hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and improve system performance, security protocols, and IT infrastructure.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding of users (accounts, access rights, devices).
• Monitor system activity and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Support cloud-based systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, VPNs, remote desktop).
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure data protection standards are met.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of IT support or system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a remote setting.
