What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate communication between product, engineering, business, and leadership teams.
• Continuously improve workflows, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency and transparency.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally in a tech-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, remote setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project/program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Fluent in English (German or French is a strong plus).
• Based in Switzerland, with the right to work.
