We’re looking for a Brand Manager to take the wheel of that emotional connection — someone who can bring consistency, creativity, and a spark of magic to everything we do.

• 🧠 Own and evolve our brand identity across every touchpoint — from website to social to internal docs
• ✍️ Lead development of brand messaging, tone of voice, and creative campaigns
• 📣 Partner with marketing, product, and people teams to ensure brand consistency everywhere
• 🎥 Oversee production of branded content — videos, graphics, ads, swag (yes, we love good swag)
• 🔍 Monitor brand performance and audience perception across markets
• 🎨 Manage relationships with designers, freelancers, and creative agencies
• 📊 Use data and feedback to refine strategies — you’re not afraid to iterate
• 🗺️ Adapt and scale brand efforts across different regions and cultures (Switzerland and beyond!)

• 🧩 4+ years in branding, marketing, or communications — ideally in a global, digital-first company
• 🌟 A creative thinker with an eye for detail and a love for great design
• 📣 You can write — really well — and adapt your tone from playful to professional
• 🧭 A strategic mind who also gets things done on time and on brand
• 🗣️ Fluent in English (German, French, or Italian is a huge plus)
• 🇨🇭 Based in Switzerland, with a strong understanding of local and international markets
• 🧠 Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with creative teams
