KeSocials is a lean, fast-moving consultancy helping health and wellness brands grow through full-funnel strategy, content, and paid campaigns. We build systems that deliver results — not fluff.
We're hiring a Marketing Account Manager to take ownership of client delivery. That means:
- Managing deliverables across video editors, ad specialists, and tools
- Communicating clearly with clients
- Tracking performance, feedback loops, and keeping everything moving
- Be the main point of contact for up to 10 active clients
- Track and coordinate delivery of content, campaigns, and creative
- Delegate to video editors, ad buyers, and other freelancers
- Own timelines, task systems (Asana/Notion), and recurring updates
- Write clear weekly check-ins for each client
- Proactively identify delivery issues before they become problems
- Report weekly to the founder on client health and fulfillment metrics
- Slack, Asana or Notion, Google Drive
- GoHighLevel (CRM & funnel tool)
- Canva (basic content review/feedback, not design work)
- You’ve managed client accounts in a marketing agency or similar service business
- You’ve run projects across paid ads, content, email, or social
- You’re not just organized — you drive things forward
- You can manage contractors, track moving parts, and write clean updates
- You’re confident in marketing fundamentals (funnels, leads, metrics) even if you’re not a media buyer
- Virtual assistants looking to learn on the job
- People who need their hand held or wait to be told what to do
- Specialists (designers, ad buyers) who don’t want to manage others
- People who only want to execute — not communicate with clients
- £1,500–£2,000/month (GBP)
- 25–30 hours/week (contractor)
- 100% remote
- Flexibility on hours, as long as output is on point
