🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycles, from initiation to completion
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans and allocate resources effectively
• Manage risk, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
• Monitor progress, provide status updates, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvement

✔️ Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a remote or hybrid environment
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
• Proficient with PM tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications highly desirable
