As they continue to scale, they're seeking a Scrum Master II to help guide their Product and Engineering teams in delivering impactful, high-quality solutions. 💡 What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate all core scrum ceremonies: stand-ups, grooming, planning, retrospectives, and demos
• Manage multiple scrum teams with a clear focus on outcomes and continuous improvement
• Capture and implement retrospective feedback and improvements
• Provide guidance and coaching on agile/scrum principles and best practices
• Maintain high standards of scrum compliance across teams
• Ensure documentation and tools (JIRA, Confluence) are used effectively
• Work closely with Product Owners and Engineering leads on sprint planning and problem-solving
• Proactively raise risks and blockers to leadership during sprint cycles
• Generate reports like velocity charts, burndown charts, and sprint summaries

✅ What You Bring:

• 5+ years of product or project management experience in an agile environment
• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience working in fast-paced, startup, or high-growth environments preferred
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence is a must
• Must reside in Canada and be legally eligible to work
• Must have experience working in a software startup company
