Senior Programmer

JOB SUMMARY 

We are hiring a Senior Programmer to help develop, optimize, and maintain our custom game engine while ensuring seamless deployment across multiple platforms. You’ll work on both game client and server-side technology, collaborating with a talented team to deliver high-performance and scalable solutions. 

You are: 

🔹 An expert in C++. You understand low-level systems and memory management in game engines. 

🔹 A multi-platform developer. You have experience building and optimizing applications for iOS (Xcode), Android, and Windows. 

🔹 A backend problem solver. You’re comfortable working with C# and .NET Core for server-side development. 

🔹 Cloud-savvy. You have experience with AWS (preferred) or Azure, ensuring scalability and reliability. 

🔹 Detail-oriented. You write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop and maintain gameplay systems and engine features in our custom game engine using C++. 
• Optimize performance across iOS, Android, and Windows, ensuring smooth gameplay experiences. 
• Work on server-side components using C# .NET Core, contributing to backend development and API integration. 
• Deploy and maintain cloud-based services (AWS preferred, but Azure experience is also valuable). 
• Debug and troubleshoot issues related to multi-platform development and server performance. 
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and other engineers to integrate game features seamlessly. 
• Maintain best practices for code quality, optimization, and security in game development. 
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve development pipelines. 

REQUIREMENTS 

✅ Expertise in C++ with experience in game engine development. 

✅ Professional experience developing games or applications for iOS (Xcode), Android, and Windows. 

✅ Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Core for backend/server-side development. 

✅ Experience with AWS (preferred) or Azure for cloud-based solutions. 

✅ Familiarity with game networking, performance optimization, and debugging techniques. 

✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting. 

✅ Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of game development workflows. 

Bonus Points: 

⭐ Experience with real-time multiplayer game development. 

⭐ Knowledge of game physics, AI, or rendering pipelines. 

⭐ Understanding of DevOps practices for deployment and CI/CD pipelines. 

⭐ Previous work with custom or proprietary game engines.
