Product Owner – Mandarin Speaking | Manila (Relocation Package Offered)

We are hiring on behalf of a leading iGaming company seeking a Product Owner to drive the strategy and delivery of backend CRM and PAM systems. This role focuses on building scalable, compliant, and data-driven solutions that enhance player engagement and platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the roadmap for CRM (campaigns, retention, segmentation) and PAM (onboarding, KYC/AML, payments).
• Gather and prioritize requirements with stakeholders across marketing, compliance, and operations.
• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, working closely with engineering teams.
• Optimize backend systems using data, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support business goals like player retention and LTV growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, including 3+ years in backend systems
• Strong experience in the iGaming industry, especially with CRM and PAM platforms
• Technical understanding of APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and databases
• Proven track record in agile environments and stakeholder management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master’s or MBA is a plus
