As part of this project, your role as Program Manager will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree and 12-15+ years’ experience in sourcing and procurement, ideally in a matrixed, multi-national environment
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, global sourcing and contract negotiations
• Experience in Sourcing strategy, Supplier selection, Contract development and management, Sourcing effectiveness and Optimization, Commercials management, Benchmarking
• Engineering, Information Technology
• Good working ability with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience of electronic procurement tools e.g. SAP/ Ariba/ Oracle/ COUPA
• Proficiency in RFP/eAuction
• Expert in purchase to pay and sourcing processes
• Excellent communication and follow up skills; excellent strategizing
• English language skills (speaking, writing and reading)
• French language skills (speaking, writing and reading) – nice to have

Job Description

• Account delivery management for procurement specialists in nearshore delivery
• Responsible for executing the global category strategy created by Indirect Strategic sourcing and Sourcing Global Category Managers
• Responsible for driving Negotiations and procurement contract execution
• Negotiations supporting Global Category Managers and Stakeholders
• Setting out procurement strategy and ensuring it is aligned to the needs of the client business
• Align with the client governance structure that comprises comprehensive, coherent processes and communications
• Excellent analytical ability to assess project stage and come up with solutions/next action items suitable to the project’s goal
• Driving change, continuous improvement and innovation throughout Source to Pay cycle
• Experience in driving next gen solution in sourcing and procurement
• Collaboratively working with cross-functional client teams and implement best practices in Sourcing and procurement
• Drive procurement level initiatives including improvements to working capital, guided buying, sustainability,
• Manage senior level stakeholders, strategy, or decision by bringing strong market insights
• Deliver against and improve upon key client objectives of cost, service, quality, and other targets
