About The Client

Our client is a dynamic New York-based personal injury law firm structured around four core departments: Operations, Intake, Case Management, and Litigation.

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to join our client's team. This person will play a central role in enhancing the firm’s digital footprint, strengthening their brand presence, and increasing inbound lead generation through content creation, SEO, and social media. They should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to execute content that drives engagement and improves online performance.

Experience Working In The Law Niche Is a Plus

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and update the firm’s website content, layout, blog, and SEO.
  • Draft blog posts using AI tools and original research aligned with legal standards and brand voice
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to gather insights, quotes, and subject matter expertise.
  • Plan and execute a cross-platform content strategy for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop platform-specific content calendars featuring legal tips, client wins, behind-the-scenes, and trending topics.
  • Edit long-form videos into short-form content using AI tools like Descript, Opus Clip, and Pictory.
  • Curate and manage the firm owner's LinkedIn presence, boosting visibility and engagement.
  • Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Track SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Coordinate with developers or vendors to resolve technical SEO issues.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, SEO, and website optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital content best practices and website platforms (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, and others).
  • Proficiency in content creation, including writing, static graphics, and short/long-form video editing.
  • Skilled in creating and executing social media strategies across all social platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (Written+Oral) is required
  • Experience working in the law niche is a plus.

Position: Marketing Coordinator

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm EST

Salary: USD 1400 to USD 1800 per month
