DevOps Specialist

We are an international fintech startup specializing in innovative financial solutions. We're looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our growing team and help us build the future of finance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI
• Manage and scale infrastructure primarily on AWS, with a focus on services like EC2, S3, and IAM
• Containerize and orchestrate applications using Docker; manage containers via Portainer
• Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting systems (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.)
• Set up and manage DNS, CDN, and security rules through Cloudflare
• Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using best DevOps practices
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth and secure releases
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues in staging and production environments

Requirements:

• Strong experience with AWS (including hands-on with S3, EC2, IAM)
• Proficiency with Docker and container lifecycle management; experience using Portainer is a plus
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially GitLab CI
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus
• Good understanding of Cloudflare for DNS management, CDN configuration, and security (WAF, caching, etc.)
• Solid Linux knowledge and scripting skills (Bash or Python)
• Experience with Git and working in a collaborative development environment
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setup
