Hey there! We’re Jam Pan, a forward-thinking learning services partner that helps big brands do better with digital learning. We’re growing fast and need a creative, strategic, and all-around-Marketing Manager to help tell our story, drive brand awareness, and generate demand for our L&D services.
You’ll be our go-to marketing person—running campaigns, boosting our presence on social, managing content, and helping position Jam Pan as a go-to name in learning tech. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves turning ideas into impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating clever campaigns that get us noticed
- Managing email marketing, social media, paid ads, SEO, and content (we’re big on HubSpot and LinkedIn)
- Helping shape our brand voice and thought leadership
- Supporting our Sales and Partnerships teams with solid marketing materials
- Keeping an eye on the numbers to make sure it’s all working
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years in marketing (bonus points if it’s in L&D, EdTech or SaaS)
- A smart mix of creativity and data-savviness
- Someone who’s proactive, curious, and enjoys a good challenge
