A private business network is seeking a highly skilled marketing manager to lead communication, content strategy, and media presence. This role will work closely with leadership to shape messaging, document key meetings, and engage a growing network of business professionals and partners.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage digital content across platforms to support visibility and engagement.
• Write and schedule creative campaigns for holidays, events, and strategic announcements.
• Attend and document high-level meetings with new companies; summarize discussions and outcomes.
• Edit and improve internal materials that guide onboarding and process flow.
• Oversee communication streams to members, including newsletters and updates.
• Manage scheduling and coordination of meetings through Outlook.

What You Bring

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proven experience in digital content creation and communication strategy, especially in financial or investment-related environments.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-moving setting.
• Creative, thoughtful approach to storytelling and message development.
