Now, we're looking for an AI Specialist to join the founding team—someone who’s excited to architect the intelligence layer behind a revolutionary platform.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement AI/ML systems to power personalized financial insights, investment recommendations, and predictive analytics
• Build intelligent models that align with Ventry’s mission of exclusivity, automation, and premium service
• Work closely with the lead developer to integrate AI functions into the full-stack infrastructure
• Identify and implement third-party AI APIs, data enrichment services, or training pipelines if needed
• Ensure all models are scalable, secure, and aligned with user privacy and financial compliance
• Contribute to the long-term AI roadmap, including features like smart financial advisors, behavioral nudging, and portfolio optimization

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in building and deploying AI/ML models in real-world applications
• Proficiency in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Experience with financial modeling, predictive analytics, or fintech data sets is a huge bonus
• Knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy, and model interpretability
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Entrepreneurial, visionary, and highly collaborative
