Senior Product Manager - Relocation to Perth

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to lead the charge on product strategy and delivery in my client's growing SaaS business.

It’s a super exciting role for a Senior PM to come in and really own the SaaS products, including a greenfield AI project, all while managing a team and growing with the business.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can move between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution with ease. You’ll be responsible for setting direction, aligning teams, and driving outcomes that create real value for their customers and the business.

Please note: This role requires relocation to Perth, Western Australia. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

• Shape and drive the strategic direction of my client's SaaS product, ensuring it reflects evolving customer needs, market shifts, and company objectives.
• Lead discovery efforts to explore untapped opportunities, benchmark competitors, and extract valuable customer insights to guide product planning.
• Own the product roadmap and craft a clear, actionable plan that outlines feature development, key milestones, and long-term vision.
• Spearhead the development of an upcoming AI-focused product initiative from concept through to execution.
• Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, marketing, legal, and sales to ensure product development stays aligned with broader business priorities and is delivered to a high standard.
• Translate insights and feedback into clear product requirements, balancing customer value with business impact.
• Facilitate smooth execution by equipping delivery teams with well-defined use cases, decision context, and acceptance criteria.
• Champion product adoption and outcomes, collaborating with customer success to improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Dive into product analytics and user feedback to surface areas for iteration, optimisation, or innovation.
• Support the sales team by delivering compelling product positioning, training, and go-to-market materials that clearly articulate value.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in SaaS product management, with a strong track record in delivering products that scale.
• Management experience.
• Experience or interest in building AI-powered features or products is highly desirable.
• Strategic thinking backed by a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, customer-first approach to product development and iteration.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels.
