Botify Tech has partnered with 1 of the TOP 10 AI businesses in EUROPE with a big focus on Gen-AI, looking for a Head of Machine Learning who drives excellence.

The ideal individual will be someone who has strong experience managing engineers and managers, someone who will ensure projects are delivered with high quality, and who continuously demand high standards and innovation.

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Client-facing & project management experience.
• Must speak Spanish business level
• Must be able to develop and manage project plans
• Experience managing teams of 8 + engineers
• Commercial experience with Deep learning, LLMs & NLP
• Excellent communicator, liaising with several departments within the organization.
• Work with the analytics team & stakeholders to understand their objectives in support of
• Experience with Python
• Work very closely with the Chief Technology Officer also that would be your direct report.
• Drives excellence within project delivery
