Key responsibilities:
🔹 Attracting and securing partnerships worldwide
🔹 Managing contact with top tier-brands, celebrities and agencies
🔹 Media outreach by identifying relevant media partners, journalists, and influencers and proactively reach out to them to share stories and news related to Magnea and MMGO
🔹 Securing high-level communication with governments, councils, committees and organizations
🔹 Crafting compelling storytelling, scripts, press releases, communication kits and support MMGO through all communication channels in order to highlight the organization’s key messages and events
🔹 Specialist pitching story ideas to journalists, aiming to secure positive media coverage and increase the organization’s visibility
🔹 Crisis management, steeping in to manage the situation, communicate with the media, and protect the organization’s reputation
🔹 Continuously monitor media coverage (clipping)
🔹 Monitoring and analyzing the main communication-related KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimize the strategy accordingly
🔹 Working closely with the organization’s leadership (reporting to the marketing manager) to develop key messages and talking points that align with the organization’s goals
🔹 Representing MMGO as a top business professional
🔹 Supporting Magnea events

What we’re looking for:
✔ Bachelor´s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field (mandatory)
✔ MBA, Post degree or Master degree is a plus
✔ 5+ years of professional experience dealing or working at media agencies
✔ 7+ years of working experience as a senior PR and/or communication specialist
✔ Work experience in luxury and dealing with HNWI
✔ Experience dealing with governments, councils and committees is a plus
✔ Exceptional communication skills in English (C1, C2 or native)
✔ Communication skills in French or Japanese is a plus
✔ Background as a journalist is a plus
✔ Research and benchmarking expertise
✔ High-level of writing, creativity and innovation
✔ Digital, tech and AI savy
✔ Dynamic, proactive, and results-driven mindset
✔ Passion for teamwork and achieving ambitious objectives
✔ Availability to travel worldwide when required (up to 25%)
