Web Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX/Web Designer to join our team for multiple inhouse projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their experience in designing intuitive user interfaces, enhancing user experiences, and delivering clean, responsive web designs.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a top-tier company operating across Southeast Asia, contributing to regional and global projects in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI mockups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s digital presence through clean and modern web designs.
• Ensure consistency in design elements and user experience across all digital platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of design ideas.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in UI/UX and web design, preferably in a tech or IT services environment.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or similar.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and front-end frameworks (basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus).
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, spacing, and color.
• Ability to translate complex user requirements into intuitive and functional designs.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work setup.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Agile teams or in cross-functional product environments.
• Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, or other CMS tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility and web usability standards.
