🚀 Senior WordPress & WooCommerce Developer (Full-Time, Remote – LATAM Preferred)

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and technically strong Senior WordPress & WooCommerce Developer to join our growing team.

At Speedrack West, we specialize in industrial storage solutions and are on the verge of launching our brand-new website. This role is not freelance or project-based — we’re seeking a dedicated expert who will help finalize our platform and continue to own and improve it long-term.

💡 What You’ll Do

• Finalize the development and launch of our WordPress + WooCommerce website.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, scalability, and security.
• Work closely with our Product and Design teams to enhance UX and conversion.
• Continuously maintain and improve the site, adding new features and solving complex bugs.
• Stay on top of web trends, technologies, and WooCommerce ecosystem best practices.

🛠 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with WordPress and WooCommerce at an advanced technical level.
• Mastery of PHP, JavaScript, CSS, custom plugin development, API integrations.
• Proven skills in security, performance optimization, scalability, and clean coding standards.
• Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern dev workflows.
• Strong communication skills in English (C1/C2 level — written and spoken).
• Highly detail-oriented, structured, reliable, and proactive (we love Culture Index Specialist, Scholar, or Architect profiles).
• Ability to work full-time (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week) following LATAM or near-US time zones.

• We will not consider applications from Asia or countries with large time zone gaps, as this is a collaborative role requiring real-time communication with US-based teams.
