Job Description

Remote | Full-Time

At MEDDICC, we're looking for a Chief Product Officer who can drive execution while laying the foundations for a world-class product org. This is a zero-to-one product inside of a growing, bootstrapped business, so you’ll need to be a player-coach.

You will lead your own squad directly, but you’ll also play the long game: building the team, culture, and rituals needed to scale.

About MEDDICC:

We’re a high-performing team brought together by the ambition to build something extraordinary.

MEDDIC is a proven B2B sales framework, and trusted by the world’s top tech companies for over 25 years.

What began as a learning and enablement business - founded by Andy Whyte, best-selling author of MEDDICC: The ultimate guide to staying one step ahead in the complex sale - is now evolving into a next-generation sales enablement platform.

2025 will be about building the operating system for modern sales teams—anchored around Adaptive Enablement, Applied Execution, and Actionable Insights.

We’re profitable, bootstrapped, growing over 30% year-on-year, and we are looking for exceptional A-Players to help bring our vision to life.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and market demands.
  • Hands-on Execution: Directly lead a squad in the beginning to ship quickly and show us what great looks like
  • Execute with Operational Rigor: Set the right rituals to oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept through development to launch, contributing to timely and high-quality delivery of products.
  • Build and Lead an A-Player Team: Hire, mentor, and inspire the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and value-driven outcomes
  • Market Analysis & Customer Engagement: Conduct market research & engage with customers to understand industry trends, validate ideas, and ensure product offerings effectively meet the market’s demand.
  • Take Data-driven Decisions and Define Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and inform future enhancements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior product management role
  • Proven experience hiring and managing high-performance product/design teams
  • Proven success and/or career progression in high-velocity, high-accountability environments
  • Ideally someone who has built and shipped 0→1 B2B SaaS products or launched new products from within a larger organization (especially sales, enablement or workflow-driven)
  • Strong fit with our C8 culture, radical candor, good vibes

Additional information:

  • This role will report to the Founder and CEO
  • This role is fully remote but will require travel to our studio in Cambridgeshire approx 1x/month
  • Candidate process: Screening -> Discovery Call with CEO -> Workshopping session with other C-level and Key Persona -> Cultural Fit & References

Does this sound like you?

Here at MEDDICC, we're a passionate and talented team who go the extra mile to make MEDDICC the best it can be - so with that in mind, we're not a fan of easy apply.

Instead, I'd love to see how you come across within your application - send it here juliej@meddicc.com
