User Interface Designer

droppGroup is on the lookout for a highly imaginative and technically adept creative, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help shape the user experience of our cutting-edge applications, including VR/AR platforms, mobile, and web products. In this role, you’ll go beyond typical product features, and digital concepts and design emotionally compelling, visually rich narratives that resonate across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces for web, mobile, and immersive VR/AR applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and improve design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and artists to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Maintain consistency through design systems, brand guidelines, and comprehensive style guides.
• Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to deliver modern, effective design solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ experience in UI/UX design for interactive applications, platforms, or games.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Undergrad degree preferably in design, digital arts or equivalent discipline
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design best practices.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating design systems.
• Familiarity with user research tools (e.g., Hotjar, UserTesting) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
• Undergrad degree in a relevant discipline from a recorgnized design school is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Experience with VR/AR design is a bonus.
