Job Title: Software Engineer – AI-Enhanced Development

Location: Remote Canada/US only

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
• Integrate and experiment with AI tools to improve code quality, development speed, and product features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to turn ideas into reality
• Stay current on emerging AI platforms and suggest how they can be embedded into our development process or product
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code (primarily in C++, C#, or similar languages)

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience in C++ and/or C#
• Curiosity and hands-on experience using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar to support your dev workflow
• Familiarity with modern development practices (CI/CD, Git, containerization, cloud services)
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly

Nice to Have:

• Experience building or integrating AI/ML models into applications
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Interest in exploring how AI can improve user experience, documentation, testing, or automation
