We’re looking for a detail-driven, analytical Business Analyst to support cross-functional projects and help teams make informed, data-backed decisions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze performance, and improve internal processes.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys asking “why?”, spotting patterns, and translating information into clear recommendations.
Your Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze data to understand trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Prepare reports and dashboards that support decision-making
- Collaborate with product, operations, and finance teams
- Help design and improve workflows, tools, and processes
- Support project planning and monitor KPIs
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
What You Bring
- Based in Switzerland 🇨🇭
- 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; other languages (German/French) are a plus
- Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Organized, independent, and good at managing multiple tasks
- Bonus: experience working with CRM, ERP, or workflow automation tools
