As a QA Engineer, you will be working for our client, a global technology partner focused on delivering custom software solutions that drive digital transformation. You will join an international project team responsible for migrating a major e-commerce platform from Magento to SAP Commerce Cloud using the Spartacus framework. Your role will focus on ensuring the platform’s functionality, performance, and reliability through comprehensive testing processes. This is a long-term project where you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless user experience for a growing global audience.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing across platforms
• Identify, document, and track defects in collaboration with developers
• Validate performance and user experience across various devices and browsers
• Work closely with business analysts and developers to refine product requirements
• Apply best practices and testing standards throughout the development lifecycle
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative delivery cycles
• Use automation tools to streamline and enhance test coverage
• Ensure traceability of requirements and testing outcomes
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation
  
  

You're Ideal For This Role If You Have

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, preferably in e-commerce projects
• Experience in testing platforms like SAP Spartacus or SAP Commerce Cloud
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies and lifecycle
• Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or JUnit
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban
• Strong defect reporting and tracking skills using common bug-tracking tools
• Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device testing best practices
• Good command of English at a minimum B2 level
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with distributed teams
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
