To support our growth and smart decision-making, we’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s equally comfortable with spreadsheets and stakeholders. You’ll act as the bridge between data, operations, and strategy — translating business needs into clear insights and recommendations. • Work with stakeholders across departments to gather, define, and refine business requirements 🗂️🧩
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
• Create detailed reports, dashboards, and models using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau 📊
• Help improve business processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions 🔄
• Translate technical outputs into business-friendly insights and present findings to decision-makers 📣
• Support product or project teams by documenting use cases, workflows, and functional specs 📝
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help ensure data-driven decisions across the organization

• Have 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
• Are comfortable with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Can write clear documentation, requirements, and reports
• Understand business operations and how to align technical solutions with business goals
• Are an effective communicator and collaborator across technical and non-technical teams
• Are based in Switzerland and enjoy the autonomy of remote work 🏞️💻
• Bonus: experience with SQL, Python, Agile environments, or CRM/ERP systems
