Role OverviewAs a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will design, execute, and manage comprehensive test plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with part-time or full-time hours based on your availability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to improve product quality
- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Participate in test automation planning and execution, where applicable
- Provide clear and concise testing reports and insights to project teams
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
- Proven experience as a Test Analyst (5+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Relevant certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent) are highly desirable
