Artificial Intelligence Engineer

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models into production environments 📦🧠
• Work with structured and unstructured data — including text, images, audio, or time series 🗂️📊
• Optimize models for speed, accuracy, and scalability (and occasionally cost!) ⚡📈
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to identify opportunities and integrate AI into products 🤝🔗
• Research and experiment with the latest developments in AI/ML, including GenAI and LLMs 🚀📚
• Develop proof-of-concepts and iterate based on feedback 🧪🔁
• Maintain clean, modular, and reproducible code using best practices (you love Git, testing, and documentation!) 🧼📁

• Have 2–5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or applied data science
• Have solid coding skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn 🐍💻
• Understand how to train, evaluate, and tune models using real-world datasets
• Are comfortable deploying models via APIs or within cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) ☁️🚀
• Have worked with NLP, computer vision, time series, or LLMs (even better if multiple!)
• Are curious, autonomous, and comfortable making decisions in ambiguity 🧠💡
• Are based in Switzerland and value the flexibility of remote work 🌄🧘
