• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency

• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in senior or lead roles
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Proficient with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) are highly desirable
