We're looking for a Program Manager who can orchestrate complex initiatives across teams, timelines, and tools — aligning people, priorities, and progress with a steady hand and strategic vision 🧭📈

• Oversee multi-project programs across departments, ensuring alignment with business goals 🎯📊
• Develop and maintain program timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource plans 🗓️📋
• Act as the bridge between strategy and execution — connecting leadership and delivery teams 🧩🤝
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve roadblocks, and keep initiatives moving forward 🚧🚀
• Drive program governance: reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communications 📄📢
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and keep everyone aligned and accountable 🔄🗣️
• Continuously improve program workflows and tools for better efficiency and transparency ⚙️💡

• Have 4–7+ years of experience in program or project management (bonus for tech/startup experience)
• Thrive in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities
• Are excellent at breaking down complex ideas into clear, actionable plans 🧠🪄
• Are highly organized, self-driven, and proactive — you don’t wait to be told what to do ✅
• Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels 🗣️👥
• Are comfortable with tools like Asana, Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar PM platforms 🧰
• Are fluent in English (German or French are a strong plus)
• Live in Switzerland and are confident working remotely across time zones 🏔️💻
