Product Owner

We’re looking for a Product Owner who can turn vision into value — owning the product roadmap, translating business needs into technical requirements, and ensuring the right features are built at the right time. You’ll be the voice of the user and the glue between teams.

• Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and user needs
• Translate ideas, insights, and strategy into clear user stories and acceptance criteria ✍️
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to build and launch high-impact features
• Communicate product goals and progress with clarity across teams
• Ensure that the product delivers a great user experience and meets business objectives
• Run Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews) and support continuous delivery
• Analyze feedback, KPIs, and market trends to iterate quickly and effectively
• Advocate for users and keep their needs at the center of decision-making 💡

• Have 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role (Product Manager, Project Manager, or Business Analyst)
• Are comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Can write clear and concise user stories, manage sprint planning, and groom backlogs
• Understand the basics of UX, development, and stakeholder alignment
• Are a strong communicator and proactive problem-solver
• Thrive in remote, international teams and can manage multiple priorities
• Are based in Switzerland and enjoy the flexibility of fully remote work
• Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, healthtech, or education technology
