Business Analyst- Professional Service Automation-Contract role

Location- Central London (Fully remote)

Contract role- outside ir35, duration- 6 months, Rate- £450/day

Business Analyst with PSA experience required for one of our leading clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in agile methodologies, scrum environments, Kanban, Epics, daily Scrums, BPMN, and Swim Lanes. Experience in requirement gathering, creating user stories, user case studies, and business cases required.

Should have experience with Professional Service Automation tool-Kantata and Napta

• Experience in capturing business requirements and shaping work packages
• Experience with Agile ways of working
• Experienced in BPMN/ UML, GAP / SWOT analysis
• Practical know-how and expertise in business analysis and industry-recognized tools and techniques
• Familiarity with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies and the ability to articulate the differences in the approaches, tools, responsibilities, and deliverables as a business analyst in either methodology
• Provide support to programme and project implementation, helping with business change/transition and UAT cycles.
