We’re partnering with a world-class institutional investor quietly building a new systematic trading platform from scratch. The team already includes top PMs and quant leads — and we’re now looking for a quantitative researcher or quant dev with strong applied math and coding skills to help build the next generation of research + trading infrastructure.

🔍 What you’ll do

• Partner directly with PMs and senior quants to build core infra + research tooling
• Design, test, and refine systematic strategies (macro, stat arb, multi-asset, credit)
• Engineer data pipelines and signal evaluation frameworks in Python
• Work hands-on with alternative + market data to generate real trading insights
• Take ownership across research, analytics, and production deployment

🎯 We’re looking for someone with:

• 4–8 years’ experience in quant research, data science, or front-office quant dev
• Strong math/stats background (PhD or Master’s in a quantitative field preferred)
• Proficiency in Python + experience working in production environments
• Research experience in systematic investing, alpha modeling, or large-scale simulation
• Ability to collaborate closely with PMs and researchers — not just write code

💡 You might have:

• Academic publications in applied math or statistical modeling
• Experience at a hedge fund, trading firm, or top-tier quant research group
• Familiarity with SQL, Airflow, Snowflake, or cloud infra
• A desire to move from academia or sell-side to a lean buy-side team
