About the Role:

We’re currently hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to support our growing operations. This is a remote position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately in internal systems and databases
  • Review and verify data for completeness and consistency
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Generate simple reports or summaries when needed
  • Communicate with relevant departments to resolve any data issues

About You:

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRMs, or database tools
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
